The work in the Province of Esmeraldas started in January of 2016. Rocio Castillio, earned her degree in Child Psychology while working with us on medical outreaches and in our hospital. She has a heart for children and felt called to minister in her home province of Esmeraldas. She is currently working with us in rural areas where there is no electricity or running water. The children there are undernourished, and have no formal education.

The work Rocio is doing is truly inspiring and amazing! She demonstrates the love of Jesus, serving, teaching and caring for the children and families in this extremely needy region.
